Anaheim High School is one step closer to rebuilding the campus pool with construction scheduled to start March 2018.

The new aquatics center will include a 38 meter-by-25 yard competition pool with lights fixtures that allow events to occur at night. The aquatics center will also include a 250-seat bleacher area, an office for the coaches, and modernized showers and locker rooms.  Solar panels are included in the design as part of an effort to make the site more eco-friendly.

The aquatics center will cost an estimated $8 million. Funding does not come from the Measure H $249 million school bond; rather, it is from other District funds.
